Pre-made volume fans heat bonded fans that are attached to an individually isolated natural lash, to create added fullness for clients.
We recommend that pre-made volume fans are used only to assist those new to volume, who may not be able to currently create a volume set in 2-3 hours, and as such can use these to assist with speed. Or they can be used on clients who may not be able to lie still for long periods of time, yet still desire the volume effect.
As such we have created a guide to show you what a natural lash can support. You MUST always ensure that the pre-made fan you are about to apply, is suitable for that natural lash. Each client has a variety of lash stages in their lash line:
Anagen – baby lashes: very delicate and can only support short and ultra lightweight volume
Catagen – transition stage: medium/strong natural lashes
Telogen – resting stage: lashes are strongest in this phase
